Husky Divers - Want to know more?
The Husky Divers Club is designed to keep you in the water and provide a discount on diving with us.
There is no actual "Membership Fee" to join the Club, but you can choose your membership level based on how much diving you think you will do during the next 12 months of your membership and then pay it off weekly, fornightly or monthly. For the 12 months of your membership, you then get a Percentage Discount on your diving.
Each level has a committed minimum spend with us that is provided back to you to use as a Gift Voucher for the FULL AMOUNT. You can then use this amount to book either Boat Dives or Courses. You can also hire SUP Boards, Kayaks or get cheap air or Nitrox fills as you need. You Membership ID is the key to all access, and once issued allows you to get your discount and use your gift certificate.

The Husky Dive Club payment arrangement is organised to provide a discount of between 10% and 30% to our regular customers to keep your head underwater

Payment Options
If you want to pay it as one payment simply choose that option when enrolling. You will be directed to our fairharbour site and you can enter your card details...all done.
Our subscription service, is organised through PayPal

DOES THE GIFT CERTIFICATE EXPIRE?
If we haven’t heard from you in 3 years, then at the end of the 3rd financial year we will expire the Credit you purchased as your minimum spend. This is mainly from an accounting point of view.
If however you let us know what is going on it will simply role over from year to year. So, if you purchase Credit and pay it off over the initial 12-month period, but then must go overseas for the next 6 months, the Credit will simply be there when you return. You can also stop or put on hold the payments with no penalty as long as you have paid enough to cover your dives to that point.

What about my discount?
- The discount is applied to any purchases made with your Gift Certificate, or through your Membership ID for the 12-month term.
- If after 12 months you still have Credit left on a Gift Card, the discount will no longer apply to that amount. However, if you re-join the club and commit to a new Minimum Spend than the new Discount will be applied to your purchases from that point.

- Courses (except the Open Water Course),
- Boat Dives,
- Kayak Hire,
- SUP Board Hire,
- Tank Fills
- Swim with Whales trips.
What cant I use it for?
- Purchase of Retail Items
- Hire of Scuba Gear (buy your own and we will give you more credit),
- Trips out of area,
- Overseas travel.
Can I use it for my Dive Buddy(s)?
- Yes, You can also use your membership discount to book in other people, we don’t care. It is for you to use how you see fit. A lot of families buy a larger package of Husky Diver Credit and then use it to go diving together through the year.
Can I get credit in other ways?
**There is a 15% Credit Back** offer made to Club Members through a loyalty program off selected retail purchases, (pretty much anything new gets it). Where 15% of your retail purchases of new equipment made through Dive Jervis Bay is put back onto your Husky Diver Credit Account.
If you do your **Open Water Course with us**, then we will also give you a gift of $100 back as Husky Diver Credit and 12 months Club Membership.
Once you are a Husky Club Member, if you do your ADVANCED COURSE and RESCUE COURSE with us, you can receive a $100 Back as Credit **if** you did not use credit to purchase it in the first place*. (We can’t give you a discount twice). Make sure you ask for this, as it is not automatic and we may not notice.
If you do your **Open Water Course with us**, then we will also give you a gift of $100 back as Husky Diver Credit and 12 months Club Membership.

What About Other Free Stuff?
From time to time there will be other free offers provided to you, for example like free air fills, T-Shirts, Birthday Pressies and things from time to time. Think of these little things as Gifts rather than agreements as they may or may not happen.
Any other Terms and Conditions?
Don’t forget our usual terms and conditions apply and you should consider them whenever you are buying products or services from us – Specific T&C’s relate to the use and refund of Gift Certificates and you should [check them out here].
SPECIFICALLY WE WOULD DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TO THREE MATTERS:
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable, like membership of a Gym if you CHANGE YOUR MIND at a future date you cant ask for your credit to be refunded or converted to cash.
- If you cancel your trip our standard cancellation policies apply.
- For a DISCOUNT TO APPLY you must have entered into a CREDIT ARRANGEMENT within the 12 months.
OTHER STUFF
Diving is a community, and as a Club Member you are part of our little corner of the ocean. It is up to you how much you want to do, there are Big Club Events run every couple of months that we would encourage you to attend, or you might just be in it for the Diving. The main rule of the Club is, HAVE FUN...that’s what it is all about.
